Afoutayi - Afoutayi Haitian Dance, Music and Arts is a performance company and nonprofit arts organization incorporated in the state of Minnesota and fiscally sponsored by Indigenous Roots in Saint Paul, MN.

Speakers:
zAyma Theater Project - Through captivating performances and creative collaboration workshops, zAmya builds understanding and connection between citizens who have experienced homelessness and those who have not.

Steeple People/Old School - Old School by Steeple People, a 501c3 nonprofit, serves the community by selling donated quality used clothing and household goods at affordable prices and donating profits to worthy charitable causes.

Family Tree Clinic - Family Tree Clinic’s mission is to cultivate a healthy community through comprehensive sexual health care and education. Family Tree is building a new trauma-informed, art-infused, community-powered clinic and education center at Franklin and Nicollet (here in Stevens Square) opening in the Fall of 2021!

Council Member Jamal Osman - Council Member Jamal Osman represents Ward 6, which is located in central Minneapolis.

"A child should have to bury their parent, not the other way." How can a mother bring a life into this world knowing at any second it can be taken because of one reason; the colour of their skin! This film is a message and a reminder to every little black child out there that you matter and that your life is precious!
KOBI is a multidisciplinary Liberian/Ghanian Artist working primarily in film and photography. Currently, a senior at St.Cloud State University studying Integrated Media and Film production and looking forward to embracing the world as his canvas and telling the stories of the ones frequently forgotten about.

Homeless Network Newz / zAmya Theater Project (59mins)

Produced by zAmya Theater Project, Homeless Network Newz (HNN) highlights stories, experiences and the creative contributions of people who have experienced homelessness and the impact of Covid-19 on the homeless community. To date, 31 episodes of HNN have been aired. Keep the Faith, Baby is one of our favorites! Originally aired at the beginning of last April, in Keep the Faith, Baby we laugh, we dance (joining a global dance challenge), we visit one of America's favorite quiz shows and so much more.
