The Neighborhood Development Committee would like to invite all to join this month’s committee meeting as there will be a guest speaker. HOME Line's Managing Attorney, Michael Vraa, will discuss COVID-19 specific rules, including the eviction moratorium, masks in common areas, and when a landlord is allowed to enter a rental unit during the pandemic. He'll also talk about repairs, evictions, and security deposit disputes, the most common reasons tenants call HOME Line's tenant hotline. There will also be time built in for questions.
